Location, price, large room. Staff helpful but limited english knowledge.

The room was not cleaned after first night. Noise from corridor. Light coming from gap at bottom of the door and curtains. Breakfast assortment

A cozy hotel in the quiet area near the city center, friendly staff, delicious food, good Wi-Fi. There is a safe deposit box for documents, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a TV, a clothes dryer. And a blossoming chestnut tree right outside the windows. In 0.5 km there is a large grocery Korzinka.uz.

Very friendly staff helping with airport pick up. The location is in a quiet area, the next Metro stop about a ten minute walk away. Restaurants are nearby as well. Amazing breakfast!!

It would have helpful to know that there were no lifts, so a ground floor room could have been requested. Not a huge issue as the staff were helpful in carrying suitcases up the stairs.

The hotel is so good. It’s good also for the price. The location is just okay 10 mins walk from cafes and restaurants (Mirabad Street). It’s 3-5 mins taxi from Tashkent city / mall. The same distance from train stations too. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel and staffs are so nice.

It's one of the hotel that charged the most but not value for price. There are no quilts in the room which is unbelievable. We had to ask for providing quilts before sleep and the quilts provided looked unclean, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Also, the shower head was broken and water went out like a column. The room seems to be out of use for some time that no one finds out the infrastructure is needed to complete.

Hotel needs to address the water pressure of the showers in the rooms.

Clean room with nice decoration , very calm to sleep ? breakfast available . 15 min by walk to the metro station.

Water bottles are left on each floor so guests can take some if needed. The room had electric tea kettle, tea bags and cups ?

The young man on reception didn’t help much when we asked for some advice on logistics. His attitude was totally uninterested as if we were disturbing his smoking time :)

The location was excellent. There were a number of large and small eateries which were located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. A large supermarket was also nearby. The hotel is centrally located and getting a Yandex taxi was easy.

The super deluxe room was quite large for the AC unit to cool properly. However, it was comfortable if you sleep near the AC unit. The normal sized rooms were better suited for summer.

Great place to stay for a couple of days exploring Tashkent. It is close to the metro plus any tours I did were happy to collect from here.

The breakfast was not to my liking but that may be a culture difference

Quick check-in, quiet room. Quiet neighborhood, not far from the center and Metro. The hotel has a patio. Breakfast is simple but you can eat hearty. I recommend this hotel for short stays.
